Job Description

The Computing Lab Assistant will support the Engineering & Computing department and the work done with the courses tied to the Cybersecurity and PC Help Desk degrees. The Assistant will monitor use of the Computing Lab, participate and support the courses that will use the Computing Lab, and generally support and promote courses and degrees in the Computing area. The position will provide opportunities to learn new skills through the courses that will use the Computing Lab and to assist students who may need to finish practical labs within the lab.JOB DUTIES
- Track and update the use of all devices in the Computing Lab
- Assist with planning and development of devices and material needed for each course that will be using the Computing Lab
- Maintain Computing Lab space and perform inventory management of supplies and equipment
- Support CCA students interested in Computing. Answer general questions about Computing resources, courses, and degrees
- Support Instructors with general tasks

- Interested in the courses and degrees of the Computing department
- Work-study eligible
- Must have completed FAFSA on file
- Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
- Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree
- Must be seeking an eligible program of study
