We are seeking a master-level full time Chief Organizational Excellence Officer serves as a member of the Executive Leadership team. They are the voice for customer satisfaction and maintaining a dynamic employee culture necessary for long term growth. They are responsible for promoting the health and wellbeing of each resident and for promoting the driving force of our work: to provide a safe and secure environment for youth to heal from past trauma, abuse, and/or neglect.
They Adheres to Windwood's mission, values, vision, and strategic plan for the delivery of high-quality behavioral health interventions for the youth and their identified primary caregivers. By fostering a culture of innovation and operational agility, the Chief Organizational Excellence Officer aims to drive sustainable growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve overall overall organizational performance.
Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role not only identifies areas for improvement but also develops and executes strategies that align with the company's long-term strategic objectives, ensuring that operational excellence is woven into the fabric of the organization's daily activities. This role delivers sustainable operational improvements and productivity by leading and managing strategically aligned projects and teams across the division and its business areas.
