Community President – The Social at Savannah

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for creating an exceptional senior living experience? The Social at Savannah is looking for a Community President to take the helm and lead our vibrant assisted living and memory care community with energy, vision, and heart.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the driving force behind the community’s success—leading operations, fostering an engaging culture, and ensuring top-tier resident care.
  • Equip, support, and inspire the team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through a collaborative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Partner with the Sales & Marketing team to strengthen outreach efforts, enhance community visibility, and build meaningful connections with prospective residents and families.
  • Inspire and empower a dedicated team, creating an environment where employees love what they do.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community, positioning The Social at Savannah as the preferred senior living destination.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring sustainability while delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Innovate and elevate—bringing fresh ideas to enhance resident life, engagement, and overall well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bold, visionary leader with senior living or hospitality experience (assisted living/memory care background a plus!).
  • A natural connector—someone who thrives on building relationships and creating a strong community presence.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for balancing operational excellence and a people-first approach.
  • A motivator and mentor who knows how to lead, inspire, and elevate teams.

State of Georgia Qualifications (Required)

  • Must meet Georgia’s Assisted Living Community Executive Director requirements, including:
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or at least two years of experience in a leadership role within a personal care home, assisted living, or related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state regulations for assisted living and memory care.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Completion of state-approved administrator training and willingness to pursue ongoing education as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
